Our Vision

Too often, treatments do not reach every patient. Our vision is to change this by making healthcare more effective and more accessible for all.

We focus on three priorities:

CamMed was founded with a clear mission: to create RNA vaccines and therapeutics that are safer, faster, more effective and more accessible for the patients who need them most. Our goal is to overcome the barriers that limit today’s mRNA medicines, so treatments can be delivered at lower doses, with fewer side effects and with more efficacy.

A key focus of our work is rare disease, where current options are few and patients cannot afford to wait. Sanfilippo Syndrome, a devastating genetic condition that affects the vital organs, is one of the first diseases we aim to address. It affects thousands of children worldwide, most of whom do not live beyond their teenage years. With only symptomatic treatments available today, the need for innovation could not be more urgent.
